High performing organization

What we do

At TI-Z, we take this strategic focus area very seriously. It means that we incessantly strive for efficiency, quality, improvement, and a healthy work environment. Every year, we take a look at the time and resources we have invested in improving our governance, our processes, our delivery, and our working place, and we assess how we can further improve. This plays a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of our programmes.

Our priorities for 2024

  1. Improved programme performance and management
  2. Improved knowledge management and systems
  3. Strengthened collaboration with the media as well as enhanced TI-Z members’ engagement and involvement in TI-Z activities
  4. Increased visibility of the organization’s anti-corruption work and strengthened partnerships with key like-minded stakeholders
